If you do not agree with them, you must stop the installation process and delete or remove all VPN Safely applications in your possession.

 

You are prohibited from using the service for activities such as sending spam, conducting port scans, searching for open proxies or relays, distributing opt-in or unsolicited emails, or any form of mass emailing, even if relayed through another server. Additionally, you agree not to initiate pop-ups via our service, nor engage in attacks against any computers or networks while using our services.

 

Service availability, speed, locations, and quality may change. VPN Safely aims to maintain availability except for brief periods allocated for maintenance and repair. However, service may be unavailable due to factors beyond our control, such as emergencies, third-party service failures, network issues, interference, and signal strength, leading to interruptions, refusals, limitations, or reductions.

 

We are not liable for data, messages, or pages that are lost, undelivered, delayed, or misdirected due to service interruptions or performance issues with the Service or communications networks. We reserve the right to set usage or service limits, suspend service, or restrict certain types of usage at our discretion to safeguard users or the service itself.

 

Network speed is approximate and does not guarantee specific service or data transmission speeds. Real network performance will vary based on factors including configuration, compression, and network congestion. We do not ensure the timeliness or precision of data received; delays or omissions may occur.

 

Engaging in hacking, cracking, distributing viruses, engaging in fraudulent activities, network sabotage, phishing, or any activities deemed illegal or harmful may lead to suspension or termination of the service. Users are responsible for securely configuring their services and bear responsibility for any harm caused by their negligence or failure to secure their services, whether intentional or accidental.

 

While we do not impose bandwidth or data usage limits on individual users, the service is subject to a fair usage policy. Usage that simulates bot behavior, places excessive load on the network, disturbs other users, or consumes an unreasonable amount of bandwidth, especially over extended periods, may be considered abusive or unfair.

 

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users who engage in such unfair usage practices.
